Delete Your Data

Zuri Notes respects your right to privacy and control over your personal data. You may delete your data at any time without needing to delete your account.

Types of Data You Can Delete

  • Audio recordings: the audio files from your voice notes.
  • Transcriptions: the text generated from your recordings.
  • AI summaries: the summaries, action items, and analyses generated by artificial intelligence.
  • All data: complete deletion of all Zuri Notes content associated with your account.

How to Delete Data

Option 1: In-App

To delete an individual recording, open the meeting and tap "Delete recording". To delete all Zuri Notes data, go to "Settings", choose "Delete all data" and confirm.

Option 2: By Email

Send an email to support@zuri.business with the subject “Delete Data Zuri Notes”, specifying which data you wish to delete. We will process your request within 48 hours.

Third-Party Processing

Your audio data is processed by third-party services for transcription and summarisation. When you request deletion, we remove the data from our active systems.

Deletion Timeline

Data is removed from active systems immediately after confirmation within the app. Copies held in encrypted backups are deleted within 30 days.
