Zuri Notes uses the same credentials as the Zuri web platform. Deleting your Zuri Notes data removes your content from this app and signs you out, but does not delete your main Zuri web/SaaS account.
You can delete your Zuri Notes data through either of the following methods:
Open the Zuri Notes app, tap "Settings" on the Home screen, select "Delete Zuri Notes", and confirm the deletion.
Send an email to support@zuri.business with the subject line “Delete Zuri Notes” from the email address associated with your account. If you also wish to delete your main Zuri web/SaaS account, please state this in your request. We will process your request within 48 hours.
When you delete Zuri Notes from within the app, the following data is permanently removed:
Your main Zuri web/SaaS account, organisation, billing information, and access to other modules are not affected by this action.
When you request account deletion from within the app, data is removed from active systems immediately. Data held in encrypted backups may remain for up to 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted.
We may retain billing records and financial transaction data for the period required by applicable law. This data does not include your audio recordings, transcriptions, or personal content from Zuri Notes.
